You are quite talented and I love your use of light to create mood. You've pulled of some difficult lighting compositions in Mystic and Mistress of the Deep Fountain quite beautifully. Keep Going!!!!
Thank you! I'm definitely trying to push my work even further. I'm also trying to be more disciplined and actually plan what I paint instead of just going straight to work. XD
Once you get into planning you sketches, it's hard. I started in American and Japanese Comics and Animation, so I was very used to the process of sketching and refining to get to a finished product. I find I rarely like works I haven't planned. Practice that way and give it a go :3
That's what I've started to do. It really does work.
